CHARGE!!!

The title of this post is "charge" simply because it is the antonym of "retreat". I've just returned from the gorgeous Lifebridge Sanctuary in the Hudson Valley on a retreat with Jeff Davis and his Yoga as Muse workshops.

I'm a bit disorented. The world seems a little surreal. It also seems a happier, calmer, brighter place after the transformative fires of spending a week writing and doing yoga with a dozen of the most amazing people I've ever met. Today, I'll need to write another blog entry for Suite 101 about the retreat, and I've got Jeff's 2nd edition book review to finish up for an article there.

I can barely wait to get started!
